Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the Call Center team to achieve quality and performance targets in accordance with established standards.
- Supervise and support Call Center Agents (English-skilled) in delivering professional customer service.
- Monitor and evaluate call handling quality and problem resolution to ensure compliance with service standards.
- Develop and enhance Call Center staff skills to ensure professional and effective service delivery.
- Analyze call volume data and manage workforce scheduling to ensure service readiness and efficiency.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues and improve service quality.
- Collaborate with related teams to enhance and improve operational processes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the Call Center team.
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities to boost morale and reduce staff turnover.
- Manage internal team communication to ensure timely dissemination of information, updates, and new procedures.
- Analyze call volumes, common issues, and trends in customer complaints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Call Center operations with team management experience
(Automotive industry experience will be an advantage).
- Excellent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Clear verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a professional customer service mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make accurate decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in operating systems, computer equipment, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Compensation Structure (Total 37,000++)
- Base Salary: 30,000 THB
- Language Allowance: 3,000 THB
- Skill Allowance: 2,000 THB
- Transportation Allowance: 100 THB per day
- Shift Allowance: 150 THB per day (for afternoon or night shifts)
- Overtime: Paid in accordance with Thai Labour Law
Employment Details
- Employment Contract: Fixed-term contract of 3 months / 6 months / 1 year, subject to performance
- Work Location: Wave Place Building, BTS Ploenchit
- Working Schedule: 5 working days / 2 days off, rotating shifts
- Operating Schedule: 24-hour operation
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day
