💼 ตำแหน่ง: Fleet Operation Supervisor

• On-the-job training and Up-to-date training to subcontractor
• Ensure subcontractor complies with internal and external policies, laws and all relevant regulations and safety standards
• Follow-up TMS application usage of subcontractors
• Conduct transport accident & Claim (loss and damage) of subcontractor to zero case
• Monitor, Evaluate and analyze subcontractors performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Be the primary contact for the subcontractors
• Collaborate with other departments to align fleet operations with the overall business objectives

✅ คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
• Bachelor's degree or higher of Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or field related.
• At least 1 years’ experience in transportation management is preferable.
• Excellence communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership and teamwork management.
• Good planning ahead and deal with unexpected change.
• Experience in using TMS and MS Excel.
• Experience from a logistics service background will be an advantage.
• (ปฏิบัติงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์, เข้างานตามกะ)
