1. Strategic Planning
Plan and execute KOL/Influencer strategies aligned with brand positioning, campaign goals, and the target market in the health & beauty sector.
Identify and segment suitable KOLs at all levels (Nano, Micro, Macro, Celebrities, Medical Experts) for awareness, education, and conversion campaigns.
2. KOL Sourcing & Management
Select and recruit KOLs with authentic engagement and strong alignment to the brand’s image, tone of voice, and product category.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs and creators through clear communication and ongoing collaboration.
Negotiate and manage contracts, campaign briefs, KPIs, and usage rights with influencers and agencies.
3. Content Review & Compliance
Review KOL content (scripts, captions, visuals) to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., Thai FDA/อย.).
Provide guidance on accurate product communication, focusing on facts, benefits, and legal restrictions (no overclaiming, proper disclosures, etc.).
4. Campaign Execution
Coordinate cross-functionally with creative, digital, paid media, PR, and customer experience teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
Track content deliveries across social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X, and LINE.
5. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Analyze campaign performance metrics: engagement, reach, impressions, click-through, conversions, and ROI (including influencer live streams or affiliate links where applicable).
Compile performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
2–4 years of hands-on experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, ideally in beauty, skincare, health, or pharmaceutical-related products.
• Strong network and knowledge of local and international KOLs/Influencers in the beauty & wellness industry.
• Solid understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LINE) and consumer behavior in the cosmeceutical segment.
• Familiar with advertising regulations for health/beauty products governed by Thai FDA (e.g., limitations on product claims, medical-grade terminology).
• Experience with tools such as influencer platforms, GA4, Meta Business Suite, and social listening tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight timelines.
• Experience with doctor/in-clinic KOLs or medically trained influencers is a strong plus.
