Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy:
-Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
-Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing requirements, qualifications, and skills needed for various positions.
-Stay updated on industry trends, talent markets, and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
Sourcing and Screening:
-Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
-Conduct initial screenings, evaluate resumes, and assess candidates against job requirements.
-Conduct phone and/or in-person interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
-Collaborate with hiring managers to determine the final selection of candidates for interviews.
Candidate Management:
-Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and providing a positive impression of the organization.
-Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other hiring-related activities.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interactions, and feedback in the applicant tracking system.
Employer Branding:
-Contribute to employer branding initiatives, such as job postings, career fairs, and networking events.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as labor departments & universities, to leverage additional talent pools.
Collaborative Partnerships:
-Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to define job requirements and specifications.
-Advise and guide hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, providing insights and recommendations.
-Participate in interviews, provide feedback, and assist in the final selection process.
Requirements
-Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
-Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., social media, resume databases, Boolean search).
-Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
-Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
-Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
-A high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
