Employer Branding: -Contribute to employer branding initiatives, such as job postings, career fairs, and networking events. -Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as labor departments & universities, to leverage additional talent pools. Collaborative Partnerships: -Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to define job requirements and specifications. -Advise and guide hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, providing insights and recommendations. -Participate in interviews, provide feedback, and assist in the final selection process. Requirements -Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role. -Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., social media, resume databases, Boolean search). -Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices. -Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. -Outstanding organizational and time management abilities. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. -A high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. *สัมภาษณ์ภาษาอังกฤษ(เจ้านายเป็นชาวต่างชาติ)
