Position: Senior Human Resources Development Reports To: Managing Director Location: Peppina Sukhumvit 33, 27/1 Sukhumvit 33, Klongton-Nuea, Wattana, Bangkok Company: Pizza 31 Co., Ltd Working Schedule: Mon-Fri 9.00-17.00
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage the recruitment process, including pre-screen interviews and orientation for new staff. - Staff Movement Monitoring: Monitor staff movements, including resignations, new hires, and promotions. - Welfare Program Support: Support welfare programs, staff announcements, and health insurance. - HR Support for Sister Companies: Provide HR support for sister companies, including Pizza 31, Convivium, and Impasto. - HR System Maintenance: Update and maintain the HR system. - Company Registration Documents: Prepare documents for company registration and maintain the company's database, archiving all relevant documents. - Additional HR Tasks: Handle other HR-related tasks as assigned. HRD: - *KPI* Establishment: Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators for staff. - Succession Planning: Identify and nurture internal talent for leadership roles. - Training Plan Development: Create training initiatives to enhance employee skills. - Operational Training Development: Develop training programs for new and existing staff. - Incentive Program Management: Manage programs to motivate and reward employees. - Employee Benefits Review: Assess and enhance employee benefit packages as well as support company events and special projects. - Personality Assessment Implementation: Use personality tests in the recruitment process. Applicant Qualifications Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment, KPI and Training Development. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (a plus). Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English communication. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage HR processes and collaborate across departments. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle challenges and multitask efficiently. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and Empeo (a plus). Other Skills: Experience in processing visas and Work Permits (a plus). Labor Law Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.us).
