Description
Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding 1. Manage overall recruitment process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding. 2. Identify/clarify hiring specifications and competencies, document and confirm principal requirements to ensure accurate and detailed job descriptions, and develop action plans to maximize candidate sourcing. 3. Creating and post job ads on job boards and social network platforms. 4. Source, identify, uncover, generate names of potential candidates for specific roles through proactive recruiting technique using search and identification tools (job site databases, search engines), and other channels. 5. Oversee the planning and delivery of staff induction and orientation programmes. 6. Oversee the exit / repatriation process ensuring efficiency and compassion until the end of the employment relationship. Employee Relations / Employee Engagement 1. Provide sensitive and timely communications regarding all HR issues. 2. Manage change smoothly and efficiently. 3. Actively seek to understand current employee relations issues by fostering relationships with employees at all level Compensation & Reward 1. Monitor, control and track staffing costs in line with budget. 2. Review and advise on any changes to benefits. 3. Manage the company medical insurance provision to ensure optimum efficiency 4. Ensure that monthly payroll is delivered on time, accurately and in line with budget and contractual entitlements. 5. Ensure that all starting salaries, salary increases and other salary adjustments are in line with budget, market rate, fair and consistent. 6. Take responsibility for exiting employee’s final settlement payments in line with contractual entitlement and local employment law. Talent and Performance Management 1. Ensure that the probation review process is completed for all new staff and any issues resolved appropriately. 2. Manage the annual performance management cycle and work to obtain maximum buy in from staff to ensure that the process is meaningful and promotes high performance, engagement and retention. 3. Work with Line Managers to address performance issues by developing and implementing performance improvement plans with meaningful conclusions. Authority of position 1. Manage&Monitor time attendance of staff 2. Prepare for staff salary 3. Control company rule
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent - 25-40 years old - At least 5 years of HR field (especially in recruitment and labor law) - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, and Thai (both written and verbal) - Computer literature in Microsoft Office - Proactive thinking, accuracy, and data-driven analytical capabilities - Able to work and thrive in stressful operation environment - Have own car and mobile to reach the facility daily (in Banglen, Nakhon Pathom) - Can mobile to up-country facility (Suphanburi and Chantaburi) sometimes. Other: - Work Location: on-site at Banglen, Nakhon Pathom - Subordinate: report to TH GM - Probation period: 89 days - Working day: Mon-Fri (08.00-17.00) - Benefits & Welfare: Social security, Group insurance+dental fee (After probation), Annual leave 10 days
