Human Resource Officer (Recruit)

สถานที่ทำงาน : บริษัท Lovely Wines , กรุงเทพกรีฑา 27
วันและเวลาทำงาน : จันทร์-ศุกร์ เสาร์เว้นเสาร์ และเสาร์ที่ 5 ของเดือน (กรณีเดือนนั้นมี 5 เสาร์) / เวลา 09.00 - 18.00 น. 
เงินเดือน : ตามตกลง

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, performance, etc.) in physical and digital formats.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws.
• Coordinate and facilitate employee training, development, and performance appraisal activities.
• Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters and company policies.
• Assist with payroll data preparation and benefits administration.
• Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
• Liaise with government or regulatory agencies when necessary.
• Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management.

📍คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (GPA.3.00)
• 1–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role (internship experience can be considered) - New graduated are welcome !!!!
• Good knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
• Good command of English – Good speaking and writing skills; very good reading comprehension
