💼 ตำแหน่ง: Business Analyst / System Analyst (BA/SA)

● Gather and analyze business and user requirements from stakeholders and translate them into detailed system specifications.
● Prepare key documentation including:
- Business Proposal / Project Proposal
- Business Requirement Document (BRD)
- Software Requirement Specification (SRS)
- Functional Specification Document
- System Design Documents
- Entity-Relationship (ER) Diagrams
- Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Flowcharts
● Design system workflows and architecture in collaboration with developers and technical leads.
● Ensure clear and complete documentation to support development, testing, and future maintenance.
● Act as a bridge between business users and the technical team to ensure accurate implementation of business needs.
● Create and manage test scenarios, test cases, and UAT scripts; support users during UAT.

✅ คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in System Analysis or Business Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of system design and documentation standards (e.g., SRS, ERD, UML diagrams).
• Familiar with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with stakeholders at all levels.
• Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Experience in enterprise-level applications is a plus.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
