Job description
1. Promote the company’s wine portfolio to hotels, restaurants, and cafés (HORECA sector).
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including restaurant owners, F&B managers, and sommeliers.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA market.
4. Organize wine tastings, product presentations, and training sessions to enhance brand awareness and sales.
5. Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
6. Provide regular sales reports, updates, and client feedback to management.
7. Deliver professional sales presentations aligned with client needs.
8. Track customer orders and purchasing trends to support inventory planning.
9. Handle all client and company information with professionalism and confidentiality.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
2. Proven experience in sales or business development; background in wine or hospitality is an advantage.
3. Self-motivated, confident, and skilled in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
4. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver tailored sales pitches; experience in order coordination preferred.
5. Able to work independently while providing regular reports to management; fluent in English (written and spoken).
6. Eager to learn and develop a strong understanding of the company’s wine portfolio and operations.
