- Gather data from various teams to check the information. If we find any anomalies, we contact the Owner to inquire about any activity or incidents affecting the system. Then, we summarize the data for each service and submit it to Head, who will then report it to the CIO.
- Data Query and Validation: Queried and retrieved data from MySQL databases to support detailed issue analysis and ensure data integrity.
- On-Call Support: Executed mandatory monthly On-Call duties (24/7) to manage and resolve emergency incidents outside of regular business hours
