Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and track project engineering documents such as submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), and shop drawings.
• Serve as the technical and document coordinator between the site team, designers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, schedule tracking, and preliminary budget control.
• Prepare project progress reports and meeting minutes.
• Compile and prepare final project handover documents and As-Built drawings.
• Provide support for procurement activities and technical proposal comparisons.
• Prepare documents to be attached to payment requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness for submission.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical), Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Office Engineer, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role within construction projects.
• Ability to be based at the project site in BKK, Sathorn.
• Proficiency in English is required (for meetings and documentation).
• Proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage.
• Skilled in using MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of engineering documents and document control processes.
• Proven ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, teamwork skills, and a high level of responsibility.
Working Hours: Monday – Sat, 08:00 – 17:00
