Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
• Ensure all systems are up-to-date and implement upgrades as necessary to enhance performance and security.
• Implement and manage robust security measures to safeguard the organization's data and prevent unauthorized access.
• Conduct regular security audits and take proactive measures to address vulnerabilities.
• Oversee and optimize communication systems, including email, VoIP, and messaging platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve communication issues promptly to minimize disruptions in daily operations.
• Manage and support POS systems to facilitate smooth and efficient transactions in our restaurants.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure POS systems are updated and aligned with business requirements.
• Implement and maintain effective data backup and recovery processes.
• Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
Ability to manage personnel.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
