-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineer or related fields.
-Proficiency and expertise in using MS office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Knowledge about APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA and Control Plan
-Strong interpersonal, Team-working and Negotiation skill
-Well self-planning and organization skill
-Positive attitude and Proactive working
