• Develop and manage procurement planning for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to align with production and sales forecasts.
• Analyze market demand, sales trends, and forecast data from sales and marketing teams to accurately plan material requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Suppliers to ensure material availability and cost efficiency.
• Monitor and manage lead times and stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
• Track and optimize procurement planning KPIs, such as Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Turnover, and Stock Coverage Rate.
• Conduct procurement data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage and improve ERP/MRP systems to ensure accurate and effective planning processes.
• Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to proactively manage procurement risks.
• Collaborate with QA/QC and R&D teams to plan and source materials for new product launches.

✅ คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
• เพศ : ชาย/หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement planning or supply planning, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or supplement industry.
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or others).
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of working under pressure.
• Experience in dealing with international suppliers is a plus.
