We are seeking Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating functional specifications, and designing solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform to meet our business needs. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that solutions are designed and implemented in a way that meets their needs.

● Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across the organization
● Create functional specifications and design documents
● Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business needs
● Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful deployment of solutions
● Provide ongoing support and training to users of the Salesforce platform
● Collaborate with other teams, including developers and administrators, to ensure successful

● Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
● 1-3 years of experience in business analyst
● Experience in Salesforce and/or other CRM solutions will be considered
● Good command of English
● Good presentation and communication skills
● Strong problem-solving and good analytical skills
● Positive attitude, able to work hard, high responsibility and good teamwork
