Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute overseas purchasing activities, including negotiating price, quantity, and delivery terms with international suppliers.
- Create and manage purchase orders, monitor production and shipment schedules, and track import status to ensure timely product availability.
- Coordinate with logistics providers and freight forwarders for bookings, shipping arrangements, import documents, and customs clearance.
- Analyze sales forecasts, market demand, and inventory levels to develop effective stock plans and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Review and update forecasts, safety stock levels, and lead time requirements to support smooth supply chain operations.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and warehouse teams to align stock availability with customer orders and promotional activities.
- Prepare purchasing reports, cost analysis, inventory reports, and lead‑time summaries for management decision‑making.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Female
- Age not over 35 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in overseas purchasing, import planning, purchasing planning, claim process. (experience in related industries is an advantage).
- Knowledge of import procedures, international trade documents, Incoterms, and customs clearance processes.
- Fluent in English
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
