Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Data & Reporting (Core Focus)
- Consolidate Meta, Google, partner, and CRM data into Lark dashboards
- Track lead volume, MQL→SQL conversion, sales acceptance rate, and Cost per SQL
- Identify funnel gaps and drive data-backed improvements
- Standardize reporting logic across marketing and sales
2. Lead Quality & Funnel Optimization (Primary KPI)
- Improve SQL rate through structured analysis
- Refine qualification criteria with internal teams
- Optimize chat screening (Messenger / WhatsApp)
- Identify and scale high-performing segments
3. Performance Marketing Collaboration
- Coordinate with external media agencies
- Translate business goals into campaign optimization actions
- Evaluate creative testing and performance
- Support Google SEM (high-intent channel) monitoring
4. Attribution & Channel Tracking
- Manage UTM structures across paid and partner channels
- Generate tracking links for partners, events, and webinars
- Analyze SQL contribution and channel-level ROI
5. AI & Automation Enablement
- Use AI tools to enhance reporting and insights
- Automate recurring performance reports
- Build scalable, AI-driven workflows
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or growth roles
- Strong analytical skills (Excel required, dashboard experience a plus)
- Familiar with Meta Ads metrics and Google Ads
- Understand marketing funnels (MQL, SQL, conversion metrics)
- Detail-oriented, logical thinker with strong ownership
- Interested in AI tools and automation workflows
- Fluent in English (Thai preferred)
- Agency, B2B, or SaaS experience is a plus
- Experience with attribution, UTM tracking, or tools like Lark is an advantage
