Responsibilities
- Able to cold call prospect leads to acquiring new customers and able to maintain relations with existing customers
- Working closely with multiple shippers, consolidators, and freight forwarders to ensure the timely arrival of goods to contractors
- Serving as a primary point of contact for all customers/vendors regarding international freight while maintaining excellent and professional customer service skills
- Managing customer inquiries and complaints related to transportation services including sea freight, air freight, and cross-border trucks
- Negotiating rates with freight forwarders and vendors
- Monitoring shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent training or experience
- Familiar with all freight forwarding procedures, regulations & departments, including sea freight, air freight, and cross-border trucks, export and import
- 2-5 years of industry-related experience required
- Demonstrated Customer Services skills
- Proven Sales and Business selling ability & success
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Outstanding people and communication skills
