Digital Marketing & social media platforms:
o Track campaign performances with measurable methods of each campaign and evaluation partners’ performance.
o Develop and maintain the business’ local web presence to support integrated digital marketing campaigns.
o Supervise the planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including paid social media, SEO/SEM and display advertising campaigns – with measurable targets and objectives for each campaign. 
o Drive the strategic execution of initiatives to strengthen the business’ digital marketing and communications activities.
o Plan for marketing communication brief for marketing material in terms of online and offline
o Assist in identifying and managing outside illustrators, photographers, comp and artist and video photographer to ensure the integrity of the final product against the brief. 
o Provide oversight and strategic guidance on all branding topics.
o Direct the development and implementation of communications activities to support business goals.
o Plan and implementation activity for marketing activity for strategic partnership campaign such as onsite presentation, school or academy tour and seminar event.
Event Organization:
o Able to control and manage event sequence, cue and agenda.
o Control and manage the company’s event. Support and assist all departments of the company to organize all types of events of the company to be effective.

Educational & Professional Background:
o Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing or related field. (A master’s degree is a plus)
o At least 3+ years of experience in a senior executive or supervisor role. 
o At least 5+ years in communication or marketing role that includes campaign performance and content creator.

Technical & Soft Skills:
o Proficient in presentation tool such as Canva, Adobe PS, AI and Premiere.
o Strong strategic thinking, presentation and good analytic skills
o In-dept knowledge of offline and online marketing and communications tactics, as well as branding and content strategy 
o Good command of written and spoken English 

Industry Knowledge:
o Deep understanding of game-based learning and tech-infused educational technique.
o Passionate with game such as eSport or board-game.

Preferred:
o Understand social media algorithm in terms of digital marketing and social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Line OA, IG, TikTok and website that including framework and able to draw conceptualize campaign vision, storytelling, harnessing original graphics.
o Decisive, flexible, open-minded, and robust, possessing a lot of initiative.
o Strong passion in startup or edtech and game business. Having background on startup rapid-growth company.
o Able to provide oversight and strategic guidance on all marketing topics.
