Responsibilities
-Provide technical support to customers for their use of engineering design software
-Assist customers with equipment, piping, and support modeling using 3D design tools.
-Interpret P&IDs, isometrics, GA drawings, data sheets, and plot plans.
-Deliver on-site or remote training, software setup, process mapping, and consulting.
-Collaborate with clients to identify workflow challenges and propose effective software-based solutions.
-Document and escalate complex issues to product support teams when required.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
-1–3 years of experience in mechanical engineering design or support.
-Understanding of equipment/piping modeling, isometrics, GA drawings, and basic pipe stress analysis.
-Experience with PV-Elite, TANK, Caesar II, AutoCAD 3D, or similar 3D modeling tools (optional, but provides an advantage).
-Familiarity with ASME and API piping standards.
-Basic knowledge of software installation and setup.
-Problem-solving and interpersonal skills
-Proficiency in spoken and written English.
