• Provides leadership to the sales team. 
• Set duties and assign work to team member for stimulate sales. 
• Motivates and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met. 
• Sales Forecasting and Reporting 
• Develop long-term relationships with key architects, interior designers, developers, and decision-makers in luxury furniture industry. 
• Build and maintain good relationship with existing and new customers.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, and related field. 
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Age over 30 years, female or male 
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales management, preferably in luxury home décor industry. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work in a team environment.
