To support our company’s strategic expansion in overseas hydropower development and international engineering construction, we are globally recruiting a Senior Hydraulic Structure Designer for Hydropower Stations (foreign nationals are strongly preferred). This position is specifically targeted at industry experts who are proficient in U.S. engineering standards and possess extensive experience in overseas hydropower design and seismic design, ensuring the high-standard delivery of our overseas hydropower projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the construction drawing design and technical optimization of core hydraulic structures, including dams, powerhouses, and flood discharge facilities for overseas hydropower stations, ensuring solutions are safe, compliant, and aligned with local construction requirements.
Fully spearhead the design process based on U.S. Engineering Standards (US Standard), independently performing structural calculations, modeling analysis, and drawing design, as well as preparing and reviewing complete English-language calculation reports, technical specifications, and code compilations.
Take dedicated charge of seismic design for hydraulic structures, applying U.S. seismic codes and integrating site-specific geological, seismic, and hydrological conditions to conduct seismic modeling, dynamic analysis, stability verification, and structural optimization, ensuring full compliance with seismic safety requirements.
Manage technical coordination for overseas projects, including drawing submissions, client and consultant clarifications, and on-site technical support.
III. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Hydraulic Engineering, Hydropower Engineering, Hydraulic Structure Design, Civil Engineering (Structural focus), or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in hydraulic structure design for hydropower stations, with proven track record of full-cycle design delivery for overseas hydropower projects. Capable of independently leading structural design for large- to medium-sized hydropower projects and familiar with international project execution practices.
Standards Proficiency: Deep expertise in U.S. codes and standards for hydraulic structures and seismic design. Able to independently execute full-scope design, calculation, and verification work in compliance with U.S. standards, meeting the review requirements of overseas owners and consultants.
Technical Skills: Strong command of core structural design techniques for hydropower stations, skilled in finite element analysis, structural stress analysis, and seismic verification. Proven ability to independently resolve design challenges under high seismic intensity conditions.
Language: Fluent in English (native speakers preferred), with the ability to read and interpret English technical codes, prepare English technical documentation, and conduct all technical communication in English. Basic proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Additional: Internationally recognized professional certifications in hydraulic or structural engineering are preferred. Familiarity with international design practices, ability to collaborate in a multicultural team environment, and willingness to undertake overseas site assignments are required.
