Hero Realtor is looking for a motivated Sales and Rental Agent to join our team to cover Samutprakan province.

***Candidates must be Thai nationals.***

This role is suited to someone who enjoys sales, working with people, negotiating deals and building long-term client relationships. You will work with residential, commercial and industrial properties across Bangkok and surrounding areas, supporting clients who are looking to buy, sell, rent or lease property.

You will receive structured training, ongoing support and access to company systems, property inventory and business opportunities designed to help you build a successful career in real estate.

Compensation
Performance-based high commission earning structure.
- Basic Salary
- Commission up to 40% Top-performing agents can earn over ฿170,000 per month.
- Additional incentives: Social Security, Mobile Phone

What You Will Do
As a Property Consultant, you will manage clients from initial enquiry through to successful transaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
 - Respond to and develop enquiries from clients looking to buy, sell, rent or lease property.
 - Understand each client's requirements, budget, preferred location and business or lifestyle needs.
 - Recommend suitable residential, commercial, industrial and land opportunities.
 - Arrange and conduct property viewings and site inspections.
 - Present properties professionally and explain their key features, advantages and commercial potential.
 - Follow up consistently with prospective buyers, tenants, owners and investors.
 - Negotiate rental rates, selling prices, commercial terms and transaction conditions.
 - Work toward individual sales targets while contributing to the overall performance of the team.

Who We Are Looking For
We are primarily looking for people with the right sales mindset, communication skills and motivation to succeed.
Previous real estate experience is valuable, but strong candidates from other sales and client-facing industries are also encouraged to apply.

You may be a good fit if you have:
 - Candidates must be Thai nationals.
 - Must be based in Thailand, preferably in the Samutprakan area.
 - Must have a car and be able to take clients to property viewings.
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Confidence speaking with clients, property owners and business decision-makers.
 - A genuine interest in sales, negotiation and real estate.
 - Self-motivation and the discipline to follow up consistently.
 - A results-oriented mindset and willingness to work toward measurable targets.
 - Good organizational skills and the ability to manage several clients and transactions at the same time.
 - Good English communication skills.
 - Fluent in Thai language.
 - Comfortable using computers, CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
 - Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
