Overview:
Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s) are responsible for providing consultation and advising service through Phone, Email and Live chat. Consultations and assistance are provided to both customers and partners of our Client.
Responsibilities
- Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by phone, e-mail and messaging
- Handle customer requests by phone, e-mail and messaging
- Act as liaison between customer and client to resolve complaints
- Manage relationships by providing high levels of customer service and account management support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any fields
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Native Thai with professional level in English
- Must be able to speak, read and write the required language to support
- Phone Etiquette skill
- Problem solving and resolution skills
- Organizational and teamwork skills
- Customer Orientation and Focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility in regard to work schedules
- Prior contact center or customer service experience preferred
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Flexible in shifting schedule
