Job Description
- Actively pursue growth opportunities, by developing new revenue and
maintaining good relationship with existing one. Responsibilities and % of Total Job Annual Expectation (Total = 100)
- Explore the local market with sales team by professional experience and skills. Prospect, source opportunity through research, leads, prospective listing to grow new customer base and nurture existing customer relationships through various channel.
- Take care all kinds of logistics problem and complain, solve the issues and
ensure best effort delivery to customer.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with all vendors, push them to improve and perfect the services.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and improve customer's experience to meet their satisfaction.
- Attend and support weekly team meetings and activities.
- Complete and update daily reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
- Occasional travel as needed to current and potential clients.
- Various other tasks based on business requirement.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales function for Sales Ex, 3-6 years for Sales Manager
- Focused in Liner/Freight Forwarder/Logistics field.
- Bachelor degree.
- Strong relationship building at all levels with negotiating skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good command in English.
