- รับผิดชอบการเตรียมอาหาร ปรุง และจัดจานอาหารให้พร้อมเสิร์ฟ ในกลุ่มอาหารครัวร้อน (Brunch) ได้ถูกต้องตาม Standard recipe ที่ได้มีการกำหนดไว้ - จัดเสิร์ฟออเดอร์ส่งให้ส่วนบริการเสิร์ฟถูกต้องตามอุณหภูมิที่กำหนด - รับผิดชอบการตรวจนับสต๊อกวัตถุดิบประจำวัน - แพลนสั่งวัตถุดิบตามรอบ - บันทึกข้อมูลวัตถุดิบต่างๆ จำนวนการสั่ง ,จำนวนการรับ และจำนวน waste ในระบบ - จัดตารางกะการทำงาน และความเรียบร้อยของพนักงานภายในร้าน
- วุฒิการศึกษา ม.6 ขึ้นไป - มีประสบการณ์ด้านการทำอาหารครัวร้อน 1-2 ปีขึ้นไป - สามารถปฏิบัติงาน 6 วัน / สัปดาห์
