Recruitment Consultant

We are staffed by a team of dedicated professional recruitment consultants who has solid 
experienced in the industry. To cope with our further business expansion, we are now inviting energetic and self-motivated candidates to join us. 
The role would cover all aspects of recruitment from new business development, client relationship 
management, market research and candidate management. Client and candidate management will entail 
360 degrees service covering both recruitment and HR consultancy needs.

Qualifications & Experience 
• Resourceful, self-motivated and persistent. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure 
• Proficient in English 
Tasks & responsibilities 
• Identifying and developing client business relationships. 
• Assessing the needs of each particular assignment or client. 
• Searching methodically and quickly and accurately for suitable candidates within our database and 
in the market; responding to a client within two working days. 
• Interviewing and assessing candidates; maintaining long-term relationships resulting in candidate 
loyalty. 
• Managing the client-candidate meeting process through interview to offer stage and beyond.
