- Support customers through voice, chat, email, and other digital channels.
- Respond to product enquiries, order questions, delivery concerns, account requests, and after-sales support needs.
- Understand each customer’s preferences and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, ownership, and professionalism.
- Create positive and memorable customer experiences during every interaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow operational procedures.
- Develop strong product knowledge and confidently explain product features, usage, care, and benefits.
- Support customer retention, loyalty, and long-term brand relationships.
- Participate in product training, customer-service coaching, and quality-development activities.

- Previous experience in customer service, contact center, Premium lifestyle brand, hospitality, food and beverage, airlines, hotels, or another customer-facing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A warm, patient, and professional communication style.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable learning detailed product information.
- Able to use CRM systems and manage multiple applications.
- Fluent Thai communication skills, and can communicate in English.
- Must have a strong passion for coffee and customer service.
