Infrastructure Support Engineers play a key role in maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure, ensuring the stability and performance of servers, networks, and cloud systems. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing system performance, and working with the IT team and end users within the organization. Manage the team and act as a consultant to clients and engineering teams, as well as troubleshooting issues when IT system failures occur.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
ึ- 0-2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or Technical Support Engineer
- Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall) and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English
- Strong business knowledge, Positive attitude and excellent team player
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project Management)
- Excellent in conflict management
