Senior Learning Design Associate

We are looking for a Senior Learning Experience Associate to join BASE Playhouse Learning Design Team and become a catalyst for growth. You'll play a crucial role in

- Design learner-centric courses and programs, including but not limited to training courses, events, workshops, bootcamps, seminars, and online learning activities.
- Apply innovative, creative and effective instructional design competencies and best practices to collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to transform content into engaging and effective learning experiences, activities, and assessments, ensuring constructive alignment with sound learning outcomes.
- Develop a learner-centric learning concept that aligns with the requirements of both learners and clients, including planning and hands-on implementation of those concepts to ensure their practical realization.
- Collaborate with the internal team to manage and execute the post-sale journey of clients, ensuring that learning outcomes align with business needs and target audiences. Meet client expectations through effective solution design and cross-functional collaboration.
- Gather feedback from clients and study other successful programs to identify best practices and execute continuous design process improvement.
- Drive process improvement in the learning design team to enhance learning experiences.
- Collaborate with the team lead to create new learning innovation solutions, introducing new initiatives that advance human learning experiences to the world.

- 3 or 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Education or HR & People Development Field
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, proactive in initiating conversations, and confidently leading learning processes with charisma
- Competence in troubleshooting and employing creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with competing deadlines.
