IT System Engineer and Technical Support

IT Support Specialist Role: 
1. Provide technical support to users for software, hardware, and network-related issues including on-site service at Gaysorn Residiential developement.
2. Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other technology.
3. Resolve software, hardware, and network-related problems in a timely manner.
4. Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
 
System Engineer Role: 
1. Install, configure, and maintain servers and other computer systems.
2. Monitor system performance and resolve issues as needed.
3. Create and maintain documentation of systems and configurations.
4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure system security and stability 
 
Network Engineer Role: 
1. Plan, design, and implement network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, and wireless networks.
2. Configure and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls.
3. Monitor network performance and resolve network-related issues.
4. Ensure the security and stability of the network by implementing policies and procedures.
