Responsibilities
- Inspect workplace safety conditions and follow up on corrective actions for any identified deficiencies.
- Plan and implement HSE programs, including conducting training and promoting safety awareness among employees.
- Support activities such as 5S (5ส), Safety Programs, Risk Management, and Environmental Control.
- Identify hazards (Hazard Identification) and conduct risk assessments within work processes.
- Perform internal audits (Internal Audit) in accordance with relevant standards.
- Coordinate with customers and government agencies on all HSE-related matters.
- Prepare and report safety performance results.
- Provide support to supervisors and assist in various safety-related tasks.
- Prepare monthly reports such as accident statistics, unsafe acts/conditions, and safety KPIs.
- Present safety data and insights to management to support improvement planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) field
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle issues promptly
- Able to understand English
- Able to work 6 days/week required
