1. เพศ ชาย / หญิง อายุระหว่าง 18-35 2. วุฒิ ม.6 / ปวช - ปวส ทุกสาขา 3. บุคลิคดีคล่องแคล่ว รักงานบริการ ชื่นชอบกาแฟ รักการเรียนรู้ ชื่นชอบในแฟชั่น มีรอยสักแฟชั่นได้ 4. มีความรับผิดชอบ ซื่อสัตย์ ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ 5. หากสามารถสื่สารภาษาอังกฤษ หรือจีนได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ 6. สามารถทำงานเป็นกะตามเวลาเปิดปิดห้าง เน้นทำงานในวันศุกร์ เสาร์ อาทิตย์ และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ได้ 7. มีประสบการณ์ทางด้านกาแฟอย่างน้อย 1 ปี หรือด้าน Specialty Coffee
