Store Lead

* Lead and motivate the team to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Plan and manage the store’s workflow efficiently, ensuring tasks are prioritized and deadlines are met.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve goals.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase store profitability.
* Provide training and support for new and existing staff, ensuring they understand product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
* Manage daily store operations, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
* Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and product replenishment to ensure product availability.
* Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
* Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily work assignments to ensure smooth store operations.
* Maintain and enforce company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and operational updates.
* Identify operational issues and take appropriate actions to improve store performance and efficiency.
* Build a positive team environment and foster strong teamwork and employee engagement.

2. Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about fitness and fashion.
3. Experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager position is preferred.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Able to communicate professionally and confidently in English with international customers
6. Able to work 5 days per week and work flexible shifts
