Educator (SA/CA)

- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Advise customers on products based on their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
- Maintain the store's appearance, product presentation, and Visual Merchandising standards.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure products are properly displayed and available for sale.
- Support promotional activities, campaigns, and other brand events.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

- Female, aged 22 years or above.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales, preferably in Fashion, Sportswear, Activewear, or Lifestyle brands.
- Good personality, confident, well-groomed, and presentable.
- Passionate about fashion, fitness, and an active lifestyle.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong service mindset.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Able to work on a shift basis, 5 days per week with 2 days off according to the company's schedule.
