- ดำเนินการด้านการขนส่งสินค้านำเข้าและส่งออก พร้อมประสานงานกับผู้จำหน่ายต่างประเทศ ผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง ตัวแทนออกของ และหน่วยงานภายใน เช่น ฝ่ายจัดหาและฝ่ายจัดซื้อ - ควบคุมขั้นตอนพิธีการศุลกากรสำหรับการนำเข้าและส่งออก รวมถึงประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้อง - จัดการเอกสารการขนส่ง เช่น Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L) หรือ House Air Waybill (HAWB) และเอกสาร FTA - ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารนำเข้าและส่งออก - ติดตามให้การขนส่งสินค้าเป็นไปตามกำหนด - ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง - มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานนำเข้าและส่งออกอย่างน้อย 1–3 ปี - มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับ FTA เช่น Form D, Form E, Form AI, JTEPA และการจัดประเภทพิกัดศุลกากร (H.S. Code) - มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร และสามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้พื้นฐานทั้งการพูดและการเขียน - สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดี ได้แก่ Excel, Word และ PowerPoint - มีความกระตือรือร้น มีแรงจูงใจในตนเอง ขยัน และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน รวมถึงเวลาการทำงานที่ยืดหยุ่นได้
