HRBP / HR Generalist (Export & Overseas Business)

Manage and coordinate HR operations to ensure a positive employee experience, compliance, and operational excellence, while understanding and supporting Export & Overseas business operations as required.

Deploy and implement HR policies, practices, and services, and act as the focal point to advise the designated business unit on Compensation & Benefits.

Drive employee engagement activities, local community relations, Performance Management, Training, and other employee-related activities.

Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, job advertising, interviewing, and job offers, ensuring timely completion.

Manage immigration processes, including work visa and dependent applications for foreign employees, and support HR activities and other projects as assigned.


Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Management, or a related field, with 2–5 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.

Fluent in spoken and written English & Thai Language.

Detail-oriented execution of routine and complex processes (HR functional / operational knowledge).

Can work under pressure, dynamic person, high responsibilities and working ability to meet the deadline.

Service mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.

Working knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures and Thailand Employment law.

Working knowledge of immigration procedures (Preferable).

Proficient in Microsoft suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
