Assistant Manager, Store Training

1.Design and implement structured onboarding and sales training programs (both virtual and in-person) for store teams, covering product knowledge, service excellence, and upselling techniques.

2.Develop role-specific training for beauty advisors and store managers, focusing on EVEANDBOY’s DNA, new products, selling ceremonies, and customer experience.

3.Monitor training effectiveness through mystery shopping results, sales metrics, and customer feedback.

4.Promote a performance-driven, learning-focused culture across all store formats.

5.Build and manage a clear career development framework for store employees, outlining growth paths from entry-level to leadership roles.

6.Identify high-potential talent and design learning journeys to support promotion readiness and long-term career progression.

7.Launch coaching and mentorship initiatives to build a strong internal leadership pipeline.

8.Partner with HR and store leadership to assess training needs, performance gaps, and development opportunities.

9.Develop and implement blended learning solutions (in-person, digital, and on-the-job) to support store teams at scale.

10.Conduct in-store observations, role plays, and coaching sessions for retail teams to ensure high standards of customer service, efficiency, and product knowledge.

11.Collaborate with Store Operations, HR, Marketing, and Brand partners to align training with new campaigns, product launches, and store initiatives.

12.Ensure training tools, SOPs, and materials are up to date, engaging, and easy to use.

1.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
2.Minimum 5 years of experience in retail store training, sales coaching, or talent development (experience in beauty or fashion preferred).
3.Candidates who are Certified Trainers will be advantageous.
4.Strong understanding of retail sales strategies and frontline operations.
5.Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs across store networks.
6.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
7.Strong leadership and coaching mindset; able to motivate and influence others.
8.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving retail environment.
9.Willingness to travel to store locations nationwide.
10.Knowledge of and ease with digital learning platforms
