Management Trainee – Business Development & Operations
We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Management Trainee – Business Development & Operations to join our growing team at MIX MIND MALE MARK CO.,LTD. in Samut Prakan.

This full-time position is designed for candidates who want to learn real business management through both strategic planning and hands-on execution. The role will support business development projects, marketing initiatives, pop-up events, sales activities, and daily business operations to help drive company growth.

What you’ll be doing
Assist in developing and executing business development plans, growth initiatives, and new sales opportunities.

Support new business projects such as pop-up events, roadshows, new product launches, corporate sales, snack box projects, OEM opportunities, and new sales channels.

Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, sales, production, warehouse, logistics, and storefront operations to ensure smooth project execution.

Assist in planning and managing pop-up events, booth activities, promotional campaigns, and on-site sales operations.

Support event preparation, including product selection, stock planning, booth setup, manpower coordination, sales materials, and promotional items.

Supervise on-site operations when required, including staff coordination, customer service, sales tracking, stock movement, and problem-solving.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer analysis, and sales channel analysis to identify new business opportunities.

Monitor sales performance, event results, customer feedback, stock movement, and operational issues, then prepare improvement recommendations.

Prepare business reports, sales summaries, project updates, presentations, and post-event reports for the management team.

Follow up on assigned projects, coordinate with responsible departments, and ensure tasks are completed on time.

Participate in hands-on operational tasks to understand real business processes and support successful execution.

Work closely with management to improve internal systems, sales performance, customer experience, and overall business operations.

What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, entrepreneurship, operations, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 0–2 years of experience in business development, operations, retail, marketing, event coordination, or sales is an advantage.

Strong interest in business management, business development, marketing, retail operations, and hands-on execution.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work across departments and coordinate with different teams.

Able to work on-site, support pop-up events, booth activities, and weekend or off-site projects when required.

Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and solving real business problems.

Able to analyze sales data, customer feedback, and business performance to suggest improvements.

Good command of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or basic reporting tools is preferred.

Working Mon-Sat 09.00-18.00
