Optimize formulations to meet product performance requirements and support new product development. Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate experimental records. หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก (
1. ดำเนินงานวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ด้าน สีย้อม เม็ดสี สารเคลือบ และผลิตภัณฑ์เคมีที่เกี่ยวข้อง Conduct R&D activities for dyes, pigments, coatings and related chemical products. 2. พัฒนาและปรับปรุงสูตรผลิตภัณฑ์ให้มีคุณสมบัติและประสิทธิภาพตามเป้าหมาย Develop and optimize product formulations. 3. ดำเนินการทดลองในห้องปฏิบัติการ รวมถึงการเตรียมตัวอย่าง การกระจายตัวของอนุภาค (Dispersion) การบด (Milling) และการทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ Perform laboratory experiments, sample preparation, dispersion, milling and product testing. 4. วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการทดลองและประเมินประสิทธิภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ Analyze experimental data and evaluate product performance. 5. วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสูตรผลิตภัณฑ์และประสิทธิภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ Troubleshoot formulation and product performance issues. 6. จัดทำรายงานทางเทคนิคและดูแลเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานวิจัยและพัฒนาให้เป็นระบบ Prepare technical reports and maintain R&D documentation. 7. ประสานงานและทำงานร่วมกับฝ่าย Technical, Sales และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ Collaborate with Technical, Sales and other departments to support product development. 8. ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโท สาขาเคมี เคมีประยุกต์ วิทยาศาสตร์พอลิเมอร์ วัสดุศาสตร์ วิศวกรรมเคมี หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or related fields. มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้าน เคมีและเทคนิคการปฏิบัติงานในห้องปฏิบัติการ เป็นอย่างดี Good knowledge of fundamental chemistry and laboratory techniques. หากมีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ด้าน Pigments, Dyes, Coatings, Formulation, Dispersion หรือ Nanoparticles จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ Knowledge or experience in pigments, dyes, coatings, formulation, dispersion or nanoparticles is an advantage. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงาน R&D หรืองานห้องปฏิบัติการที่เกี่ยวข้อง 0–2 ปี และ ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ 0–2 years of relevant R&D/laboratory experience; fresh graduates are welcome. มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์ การแก้ไขปัญหา และการทดลองทางวิทยาศาสตร์ Good analytical, problem-solving and experimental skills. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office โดยเฉพาะ Microsoft Excel ได้ดี Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel. หากมีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสาร จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ Good English communication skills are an advantage. มีความรับผิดชอบ ละเอียดรอบคอบ มีความกระตือรือร้นในการเรียนรู้ และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี Responsible, detail-oriented, eager to learn and able to work effectively in a team.
