1. Software & Application Development • วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานและพัฒนาระบบ Software/Application ภายในบริษัท • พัฒนาและปรับปรุง Intranet, Web Application และ Internal Tools • เชื่อมต่อและพัฒนาระบบให้สามารถทำงานร่วมกับ ERP, Database และระบบภายในองค์กร • พัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ใช้งานง่าย และเหมาะสมกับกระบวนการทำงานของแต่ละหน่วยงาน • ดูแล แก้ไข และปรับปรุงระบบที่พัฒนาแล้ว รวมถึง Troubleshooting 2. AI & Automation • ศึกษาและนำ AI / Generative AI / Machine Learning มาประยุกต์ใช้กับงานของบริษัท • พัฒนา AI Application, AI Chatbot, AI Assistant หรือ AI Agent สำหรับการใช้งานภายในองค์กร • พัฒนา AI เพื่อช่วยค้นหาและสรุปข้อมูล เช่น Product Information, SDS, Technical Documents, Customer Information และ Internal Knowledge • พัฒนา RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) หรือระบบ Knowledge Base สำหรับค้นหาข้อมูลจากเอกสารของบริษัท • ใช้ AI และ Automation เพื่อลดงาน Manual และงานซ้ำซ้อน เช่น การจัดทำรายงาน การรวบรวมข้อมูล และการประมวลผลเอกสาร 3. Data & BI • พัฒนาและดูแล Database และ Data Integration • จัดทำ BI Reports / Dashboard สำหรับ Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, Finance และ Management • วิเคราะห์และจัดเตรียมข้อมูลเพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจทางธุรกิจ • พัฒนาระบบให้สามารถดึงข้อมูลจาก ERP และแหล่งข้อมูลต่าง ๆ มาวิเคราะห์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ • สนับสนุนการพัฒนา Data-driven Organization 4. Business Process Improvement • ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์กระบวนการทำงานของแต่ละหน่วยงานเพื่อหาโอกาสในการใช้ Technology เข้ามาช่วย • ร่วมกับ HR, Sales, Accounting & Finance, Procurement, R&D, Warehouse และหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ เพื่อพัฒนาระบบให้ตรงกับความต้องการ • เสนอแนวทาง Digital Transformation / Process Automation • ปรับปรุงระบบเพื่อลดเวลา ลดความผิดพลาด และเพิ่ม Productivity 5. System Integration & Technical Support • เชื่อมต่อระบบระหว่าง ERP, Intranet, Database, BI และ AI Applications • พัฒนา API หรือระบบ Integration ตามความเหมาะสม • ให้คำปรึกษาและ Technical Support แก่ผู้ใช้งาน • ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาด้าน Software และระบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง • จัดทำ Technical Documentation และ System Documentation • จัดทำ WI, ISO ของแผนก
