Marketing Analyst (E-Commerce & Performance)ด่วน

About the role
We publish a high volume of content and run paid media every week — and we need someone who can tell us what is actually working, fast enough to act on it. You will build our performance reporting and work directly with our media agency to make sure every baht of ad spend earns its place. You will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the CEO.

1. Build and maintain weekly performance reporting: GMV by channel, SKU and campaign
2. Track short-form video and livestream performance, and identify what to scale and what to stop
3. Work with our media agency day to day: review performance, check their reporting against our own data, and hold them to agreed CAC and ROAS targets
4. Monitor ad spend pacing against budget and flag issues early
5. Analyse contribution margin by platform after commission and ad spend
6. Track affiliate and KOL performance by creator tier
7. Automate manual reports so time goes to analysis, not data pulling
8. Support ad-hoc analysis on pricing, promotions and competitors

1. 2–4 years in performance marketing, e-commerce analytics or agency account management
2. Hands-on experience with paid media reporting (Meta, TikTok, Google, or marketplace ads)
3. Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills — pivot tables, lookups, cleaning messy data
4. Agentic AI, SQL, Power BI, Looker Studio Skills is a plus
5. Able to explain a finding clearly and simply to non-technical colleagues
6. Comfortable challenging an agency's numbers politely and persistently
7. Thai native, working-level English

1. Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee or Lazada Seller Centre
2. Beauty, FMCG or retail background
3. Agency-side experience
