Shipping Export officer

Job Responsibilities
-Coordinate and arrange international export shipments by air, sea, and courier transportation.
-Prepare and verify export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Air Waybill (AWB), Bill of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin (COO), and other customs-related documents.
-Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, and customers to ensure smooth shipment execution.
-Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery to customers according to shipment plans.
-Follow up shipment status and resolve transportation issues to minimize delivery delays.
-Maintain and update shipment records and export databases accurately.
-Ensure compliance with customs regulations, export control requirements, and company policies.
-Coordinate with internal departments such as Planning, Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales to support customer requirements.
-Analyze shipping performance and prepare export reports for management.
-Support continuous improvement initiatives related to logistics, delivery performance, cost reduction, safety, and environmental activities.
-Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

-Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Administration, or related fields.
-Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Export Operations, Shipping, International Logistics, or Supply Chain, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry.
-Strong knowledge of export procedures, customs regulations, and international trade documentation.
-Familiar with Incoterms (EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP, etc.).
-Experience in coordinating with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
-Good command of English, both written and spoken, for communication with overseas customers and logistics service providers.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
-Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems is an advantage.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure.
-Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
-Good team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
