- Manage the online store (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok and Website) , ensuring product listings, pricing, and promotions are optimized.
- Monitor website performance, sales metrics, and customer engagement.

Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Drive sale to achieve brand target and monitor online campaign
- Optimize conversion rates and improve online shopping experiences.
- Analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities.

Website & UX Optimization:
- Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance website functionality and user experience.
- Implement A/B testing and other methods to improve site navigation and conversion rates.
- Ensure website content is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with brand identity.

Customer Experience & Support:
- Monitor customer feedback and improve online support channels.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Work with customer service teams to resolve ecommerce-related inquiries efficiently.

Analytics & Reporting:
- Track key ecommerce KPIs, such as conversion rates, cancellation, AOV, UPT and revenue.
- Prepare reports and insights on sales performance, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness.
- Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field.
2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce management
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, tiktok, etc.). Understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion rate optimization.
4. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
