Overview: End-to-end IT support role covering new system implementation, backend administration, and internal IT helpdesk services.

System Deployment & Implementation 
— Coordinate UAT/testing, assist with data preparation/migration, provide Go-Live support, and create user manuals
Backend Admin & Maintenance 
— Manage backend configuration and user permissions, handle daily bug fixes/incidents, build automated workflows using low-code/no-code tools
IT Support
 — Resolve basic hardware/software/network issues, manage and maintain company IT equipment

Working knowledge of networking, cloud services, and basic security; strong with SaaS/low-code platforms; basic SQL/API understanding with light scripting ability (Python, JavaScript, or Google Apps Script)
