We're Hiring: KOL Business Development (KOL BD)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Salary: THB 35,000 - 40,000 per month + Incentive THB 10,000 - 20,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

1. KOL/Influencer Acquisition & Management
Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with KOLs, influencers, and MCN partners across Southeast Asia.
Develop and expand a network of mid-tier to top-tier influencers.
Monitor and analyze trends in the creator economy and social commerce platforms in different markets.
2. Collaboration with E-commerce Platforms
Coordinate closely with Seller Ecosystem teams and platform representatives from Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
Plan and execute content commerce initiatives on TikTok Shop.
Support major campaign periods such as 9.9, 11.11, and 12.12 through effective KOL marketing strategies.
3. Business Development & Growth
Negotiate and manage partnerships with KOLs through commission-based, fixed-fee, and ROI-driven collaboration models.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including GMV, conversion rates, and ROI.
Transform short-term collaborations into long-term strategic partnerships.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Performance Marketing, and regional marketing teams.
Contribute to the development of regional content commerce strategies.
Support market expansion initiatives and drive business growth across new territories.

1-3 years of experience in KOL Business Development, Influencer Marketing, MCN, E-commerce, or Business Development.
Strong understanding of Content Commerce in Southeast Asia, particularly across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
Existing network of KOLs, influencers, or MCN partners is a strong advantage.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and business-oriented mindset.
Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or Lazada Live.
Experience in cross-border e-commerce or international business expansion.
Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing and Performance Marketing is preferred.
