Automation Project Coordinator (Chinese Speaking)

Job Purpose
Support the Automation Engineering team by coordinating technical communication between the Thailand Automation team, China HQ Automation team, Chinese system integrators (SI), and equipment suppliers. Assist in automation project coordination and engineering documentation.

•Coordinate technical communication between the Thailand Automation team and China HQ Automation team.
•Support communication with Chinese SI vendors and equipment suppliers.
•Coordinate monthly meetings with China HQ, including meeting arrangements, translation, and meeting minutes.
•Translate technical documents and engineering discussions (Chinese / English / Thai).
•Follow up automation project schedules, action items, and engineering documentation.
•Support machine installation, FAT, SAT, and project implementation.
Assist Automation Engineers in project coordination and continuous improvement activities.


Preferred Candidate
•Thai or Chinese national.
•Engineering or Automation education background.
•Passionate about manufacturing automation.
•Willing to work in a multinational environment

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related 2. Engineering disciplines.
3. Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–3 years of experience are welcome.
4. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (Required).
5. Good communication skills in English and Thai.
6. Engineering background is preferred.
7. Good communication, coordination, and willingness to learn.
