Product Sourcing & Import-Export Specialist

• Source and evaluate innovative products and suppliers from local and international markets. 

• Stay updated on trends and identify new business opportunities across Hair Care, Pet Care, Beauty, and Lifestyle categories. 

• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and supplier agreements. 

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities and coordinate import-export operations. 

• Work closely with freight forwarders and logistics partners to ensure smooth product delivery. 

• Analyze product costs, compare sourcing options, and support business decision-making. 

• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Product Development, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to successfully launch new products.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields. 

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Sourcing, Procurement, or Import-Export. 

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. 

• Good command of English. 

• Strong analytical and cost management abilities. 

• Experience in Beauty, Hair Care, Pet Care, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Retail industries is an advantage.
