• Provide support and troubleshoot computer systems, IT equipment, and network issues within the warehouse. • Maintain and support barcode scanners, PDAs, handheld devices, and related equipment. • Maintain and troubleshoot label printers and other peripheral devices. • Support warehouse operations through the Warehouse Management System (WMS). • Install, maintain, and inspect computer hardware, software, and IT equipment used in the warehouse. • Troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and basic communication issues. • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, NVRs, and related network devices. • Monitor and ensure the proper operation and availability of CCTV systems. • Provide on-site technical support and resolve user issues in a timely manner. • Coordinate with vendors and relevant teams to resolve system-related issues.
